- We may suspend accounts using false information or violating these terms
3. Platform Role
Doobazar.com currently operates as a single-vendor ecommerce platform. Products are sold and fulfilled by Doobazar.com and/or authorized supply partners. We may expand to a marketplace model in future and publish additional seller terms if that happens.
4. Products, Pricing & Availability
- Product information, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice
- We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free listings
- We may cancel orders affected by pricing/listing errors
5. Orders & Payments
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase
- Order confirmation depends on successful payment/COD verification
- Supported methods may include COD, cards, MFS, and bank transfer
- We may cancel orders where verification fails or fraud is suspected
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery is handled by our logistics flow and/or courier partners
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors
- Risk transfers upon successful delivery
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns and refunds are handled per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Unlawful use of platform
- False or infringing content
- Unauthorized system access attempts
- Interfering with platform operations or other users
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content including logos, text, graphics, and software is owned by or licensed to Doobazar.com and cannot be reused without permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Doobazar.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability, if any, is limited to the order amount in dispute.
12. Indemnification
