1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only when:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The request is made within the stated return period
- The product is unused and in original packaging with invoice
Some items (for example personal care, perishables, and clearance items) may be non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process
- Submit a return request through customer support or your account return flow
- Our team reviews and approves eligible requests
- Collection/return instructions are shared after approval
3. Refund Method
- Online payments: refunded to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery: refunded via bank transfer or mobile financial service
Refund timing depends on payment provider processing windows.
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch
- Shipped or delivered orders may not be cancellable
- Doobazar.com may cancel suspicious or unverified COD orders
5. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns/refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order placed by customer
- Damage caused after successful delivery
6. Policy Abuse
Doobazar.com may refuse returns or service in cases of excessive, abusive, or fraudulent return behavior.
